Complex Models

The ASSESSIUM.PRO platform allows for the use of industry standard models and frameworks to be used as the basis for formal assessments and appraisals, e.g. COBIT® 2019, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CMMI-DEV 1.3, CMMI V2.0, etc. Even though assessments are conducted against formal models, our platform allows:

• The tailoring of models to suit the needs of the clients
• The development of assessment templates to provide specific assessment designs, e.g. a Maturity Level 3 view of CMMI-DEV or a Remote Gambling Technical Standards of the UK Gambling Commission audit of ISO/IEC 27001
• Each model item to be rated on a common scale or on a unique set of answers
• Creating focussed questionnaires or other instruments where the questions map back to specific model items
• Adding novel items to standard models to satisfy specific assessment requirements
• Deconstructing models to any level of complexity in tailoring the model to the assessment design – to the point of assigning a single question to a single participant.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not sell or license any models and we require our clients to provide proof that they are licensed to host and use any of the models they use.

Complex Teams

The ASSESSIUM.PRO platform allows for complex teams conduct assessments. The specific roles we cater for are:

• Lead Assessor or Appraiser: Configure, manage and execute the full assessment
• Assessment/Appraisal Team Member: Conduct assigned assessment activities
• Coordinator/Assessment Manager: Check progress and evidence collection
• Participant: Interviewees or individuals tasked with providing specific evidence to the appraisal team

Complex Processes

ASSESSIUM.PRO fully enables formal assessment methodologies such as ISO/IEC 15504 (now 3300x) – Standard for Process Improvement and Capability Evaluation (SPICE) or the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI). This means that your assessment can be designed where you have:

• One or more assessment teams or members attending to designated assessment elements
• Any number of customer participants, with each participants only able to access their allocated instruments
• Documentary evidence uploaded to, or referenced by a specific question in an instrument
• Aggregating and/or moving observations from instruments to the higher levels of the assessment
• Visibility of all observations and ratings by all participants on each model item and all the questions mapped to it
• Each instrument allowing the characterization of each question, based on all the ratings of the items below it

Assessment Analysis

ASSESSIUM.PRO allows for the analysis of the assessment results by:

• Identifying common themes or root causes
• Mapping observations (Strengths, Weaknesses, Recommendations and Notes) to the themes
• Translating observations into action items for export to a project management tool

Reporting

ASSESSIUM.PRO keeps you in full control of all your assessment data. It allows for:

• Setting target profiles for each assessment and drawing results profiles
• Building a model-specific results matrix (quilt)
• Generating model-specific interactive graphs (profiles, radar charts, etc.)
• Downloading all assessment results and observations in .xlsx format for further analysis and reporting Assess across language barriers

Multiple Langauages Supported

ASSESSIUM.PRO supports many languages and may be configured for any of the prominent languages through the use of AI and Machine translation. This allows for:

• Providing access to instruments to any team member in the language they are most comfortable with
• Automatic translation of observations to the language you are most comfortable with
• Manual updating of translations by human translators
